For the longest life and most comfortable wear, we recommend:

• Put your jewelry on last: after perfume, hairspray, makeup, and lotions

• Remove before bathing, showering, or swimming

• Avoid wearing during workouts or activities that cause heavy perspiration

• Remove before sleeping to prevent snagging or pressure on the ear

Moisture & Skin Comfort

Water, sweat, and humidity can:

Many of our designs feature a 12mm setting size, which creates a beautiful statement look. However, this size can occasionally hold moisture against the earlobe if worn in humid conditions or during perspiration. This may cause redness or irritation that can sometimes be mistaken for a metal sensitivity.

To help prevent this, we recommend removing earrings before water exposure and ensuring ears remain clean and dry between wears.

Some pieces in our collection use nickel-safe alloy components.

These materials are safe for most wearers and allow us to achieve specific finishes and design details. However, unlike stainless steel, alloy metals may naturally develop darkening or surface changes over time. Particularly when exposed to moisture, humidity, lotions, or perspiration.

This is a normal characteristic of alloy metals and does not indicate a defect.

To extend the life of these pieces, we recommend:

• Storing in a dry environment

• Gently wiping dry after wear
