Orders & Shipping




How long does it take to process my order?



Most orders are transmitted quickly to our fulfillment partner and ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.



When will my order arrive?



Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Once shipped, you can monitor your package using the tracking information provided.

 


Do you offer local pickup?



At this time, all orders are shipped directly to you.





Gift Packaging




Is your jewelry gift-ready?



Yes. Every Summerfield Collection™ piece arrives in a fun jewelry box, making it ready for gifting from the moment it arrives.





Materials & Comfort




What materials do you use?



Most of our designs now feature stainless steel components for enhanced durability and long-term wear. Some pieces use nickel-safe alloy components to achieve specific finishes.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?



Most of our designs use stainless steel components, which are hypoallergenic for most wearers. Individual sensitivities vary. If you have specific concerns, please review material details on each product page.



Are your earrings lightweight?



Our designs are created with comfort in mind and are suitable for everyday wear. Individual product weights will vary.



What size are your earrings?



Most signature designs feature a 12mm setting for a classic, polished look.  Typically our offerings will range between 8-12mm.  Drop earrings range between 1-2.5" long.  Each product listing will have the specific sizing measurements for you.





Jewelry Care




How should I care for my jewelry?



We recommend removing jewelry before bathing, swimming, workouts, or heavy perspiration. Store pieces in a cool, dry place.

Returns & Damages




What if my item arrives damaged?



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.

Collaborations & Programs




Do you offer wholesale?



We occasionally partner with select boutiques and gift shops. If you are interested in carrying Summerfield Collection™, please email us with your business details and any pertinent information for consideration.



Do you have a brand representative program?



We previously offered a brand rep program and may reopen applications in the future. Follow us on Instagram for updates.



Do you offer bulk discounts?



For larger orders or special events, please contact us with details.  We're happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.



Are you looking for models?



We periodically work with models in various locations. If you're interested, please email us with your name, social media details, and major city.  We'll keep your information on file for future opportunities.



Do you collaborate with photographers?



We enjoy partnering with photographers and stylists. If you're interested in product collaborations or client closet partnerships, please email us with details and timing so we can review your proposal.





Product Availability




Will sold-out designs be restocked?



Some designs may return, while others are limited releases. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list for updates.


 



Do you offer clip-on earrings?



At this time, we do not offer clip-on styles.  We previously carried them but discontinued the style due to changes in bezel tray supplier quality.

All Summerfield Collection™ designs are handcrafted in Virginia using carefully selected materials.
